Please use the Booking page found in the menu for an introductory session. Once we have agreed to work together you can create an account and book your weekly sessions online.
The introductory session is 30 mins. If we decide to work together, the sessions are 60 mins on a weekly basis. Beyond that, it is up to you to allocate time to achieving the targets that we set together.

Coaching essentially asks 3 questions:
Where are you NOW?
Where do you want to go?
What's in the way?
There is no requirement to delve deep into the past although sometimes it may be relevant.
You will need a device that allows you to connect to Zoom. You may wish to have a journal/notepad to keep track of ideas, feelings, progress and anything else helpful. Most of all, bring an open mind to exploring options created by yourself.
